BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS: | Trudy is Bad Pete's girlfriend from his early days. Romano Scarpa introduces her in another one of the brilliant Atomo Bleep-Bleep stories, "Topolino e la collana Chirikawa" (TL 230-231, 1960). She is very fat but also very feminine and often worried about her seductiveness. This character has become a mainstream one in the Italian production and many other authors have used her as well as Scarpa. Being able to show the relation between Trudy and Pete makes for a more human and interesting Pete, too. It's often Trudy's contribution that solves issues that Pete alone, with his brutality, couldn't successfully cope with. | ||
